Cafe Michael is owned and operated by Huntsville native, Chef Michael Griffin, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Griffin has been in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 20 years. Among the highlights of his career are the time spent in fine dining with the Ritz Carlton in Naples and with Disney's Grand Floridian Beach Resort in Walt Disney World.
